Hello Everyone,
The Cinderella Ball was held on Saturday, January 26th, at Manakiki Country Club. It was a spectacular event with a record attendance of 134 guests this year! The new addition of the VIP Middle School Lounge was a hit and the ladies had fun hanging out together with their dads, while the Lower School girls had fun on the dance floor playing musical chairs and doing the limbo with their dads. Expect a return of the VIP Lounge next year (see photo below) for all those that aspire to enjoy the "VIP experience".
Thanks to Jennifer Veselko for her fabulous party planning and hard work. Jennifer would like to thank Alyssa Hadzinski, Kathy Allyn, the Upper School student volunteers and all of the AOA faculty and staff who assisted her in making the Cinderella Ball a success. Take a look at some of Kathy Allyn's pictures from the event by clicking HERE. The passcode is phoenix. You can also order additional pictures via this link. A sample is provided below:
Mother & Son Sleddng
We lucked out with the weather this year and had a great showing for the Mother/Son sledding event. There were over 60 sledders and the morning was sunny and (relatively) warm. Thanks to Amy and David Myers for all of their hard work in getting this event together. The boys (and their moms) had a great time! Check out the photos below; additional ones can be found by clicking HERE.
