NOAM Olami gathered together young adults from Israel, UK, Argentina, USA and Brazil for the 4th Annual NOAM Olami Leadership Seminar. All of the participants work in Masorti/Conservative youth groups in their respective countries and spent 5 days in Baltimore, MD learning from some of the great scholars of our movement and discussing together how to shape the future of youth work and involvement around the world.
