Dialing Conference Calls from Cell Phones
If you schedule conference calls that include Blackberry and iPhone users, this is what you can do to make it as easy as one-touch or one-click. Make sure to place both strings of characters within the Location Field to accommodate both Blackberry and I-Phone users.
- Blackberries require an "x" following the call-in number to PAUSE then load the participant code. End the code with a # sign.
Example: 866-676-3396x1234567890# - I-Phones require 3 commas ",,," to PAUSE following the call-in number then load the participant code.
Example: 866-676-3396,,,1234567890# - Landlines do not have these options.
Example: 1-866-676-3396 passcode 123-456-7890#
