Hi, Friends,
With the Holidays coming, I've had a number of clients ask about consigning some special items as they prepare to downsize in the new year. Or they've recently received bequests for which they have no space. No space is the operative phrase here. None of the consignors had a good place to hold a public sale, so it will be a private sale in a condo in a Turtle Creek high rise.
Available time slots to enter the building each half-hour are assigned "first come, first served" via internet links above.
Once you enter the sale, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish.
Sign up for a reservation on the links above. The limited number of reservations per half-hour and other safeguards are deigned to avoid inconvenience to the building residents and to honor the Homeowner Association regulations.
You may bring as many as three friends with you on your reservation, but we'll need ID information for you and each guest. The entry desk will have a complete list of reservations and no one not on the list for a particular half-hour will be admitted.
When you make your reservation, you will receive additional details, including the location of the sale. We ask you to keep the location confidential, since no one without a reservation will be allowed to enter the building, and will only make it harder for you to find parking and access the building.
You may make guaranteed bids on items at any time. Bids will be processed before discounting most items on Friday.
Below you'll find pictures of some merchandise for the Sale. list of many items in sale on my website
Also check 24-7 Estate Sales where the sale will be featured after everything is set up with a complete set of sale photos.
