Liability -We will make every effort to accurately display the products and services information provided to us by the various sellers and advertisers.We cannot be liable for unintentional errors, omissions or inaccuracies regarding anything appearing herein, and our response to errors, omissions and inaccuracies will be limited to correcting them in a subsequent issue, without cost to the seller/advertiser, when the error was ours.  The seller/advertiser should advise us in advance of publication, whenever possible, if there is a problem, after review ofthe draft ad or listing, so we can all avoid problems for buyers. 
Problem Resolution - A buyer's problems with a seller, advertiser, product or service appearing herein, must be resolved tween the two parties. Annie's Song, Antiques Insider, its owner and employees will not be involved

Content-We reserve the right to refuse to publish anything which we consider inappropriate for our publication. We will not knowingly accept listings for new merchandise, although exceptions may be made for fine art and one-of-a-kind art objects which will be dated. Everything listed will include the seller's best judgment of it's age. The Antiques Insider cannot be responsible for any errors of the sellers, but will refuse to sell a dealer further listings if age or other key facts are intentionally misrepresented.
INSIDER Prices - These are prices for merchandise offered by professional dealers that are lower than the price marked on the price tag for the item. This price should be at least as low as any preestablished "to-the-trade" price.
