The stately 1904 C.H. Alexander Mansion, one of the city's oldest residences, will be bedecked in Holiday Finery for the annual Holiday Home Tour, Gift Boutique and Holiday Cafe,
December 6-9; and European Tea Room, December 12-21. To be presented by The Dallas Woman's Forum. The Alexander Mansion is located at 4607 Ross Avenue, Dallas, Texas.
The Holiday Home Tour, Boutique and Holiday Cafe
11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Thursday through Sunday, December 8-11
The Boutique features a diverse collection of arts and hand-crafted gift items.
Admission to the Tour and Boutique is $10 for adults and $5 for children (under 12)
The Holiday Cafe will offer a different menu each day, consisting of soup, salad or sandwich, dessert and a beverage for $12.(Reservations required for cafe.)

Dear Friends,
I'm excited to tell you that my friend Jackie Boyd and I have formed a partnership and begun a business that may be of use to you either as a client or a customer, or both.

We'll customize our services for each client based on our initial consultation. We offer a wide range of services, including downsizing and liquidation solutions for high rise and gated community locations where home owner association restrictions don't permit public sales. Downsizing options include staging the old home for sale and packing, moving and setting up the new home so you can walk in and start your new life. And we'll liquidate those belongings that can no longer be used.
I will enthusiastically continue my business Annie's Song, with retail space and showcases at Forestwood Antique Mall, setting up at the semi-annual Antique Elegance Show, as well as The Dallas Woman's Forum Holiday Boutique.
Jackie is an active principal in a privately held real estate development company, and has no prior business connection with the world of antiques or pre-owned merchandise. She is an avid estate sale watcher.
Our partnership developed from several years working together as volunteers on major projects for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League. The past several months have flown by as we researched the estate sale services business, developed our business plan, and created our website and collateral.
When we discovered we had both represented Merle Norman Cosmetics in our teen work experiences, we knew our partnership was destiny!
Before we made the official announcement of our business, we actually consulted with clients in a restricted high rise. This was a timely job that helped us put into place procedures for alternative sales in retail spaces. And we are now working with another high rise estate thay will probably result in a private sale in the elegant very French home.
In order to make Boyd|Blomeyer the most successful estate sale company possible, our partnership agreement does not permit either Jackie or me to purchase anything from an estate we handle until the end of a sale. We believe this will assure clients they get the best possible prices for their merchandise and assure customers they get fair access to all the best merchandise in the estates we handle.
