Courses - Programs  - Activities
Hospitality Course
Byron Youth Service, Links to Learning & Country Hospitality Services recently teamed up to deliver an intensive 6 week Hospitality course @ the YAC. 18 young people successfully obtained a range of Certificate III TAFE accredited modules in Hospitality & are now proudly certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Conduct of Gambling. The course has positively contributed to the lives of the young people involved, ensuring that they feel confident within themselves to take their skills & knowledge out into the community to obtain work in the Hospitality industry. Ongoing support will be provided to these young people over the next couple of months, to assist them in securing employment.

To celebrate how brilliantly the crew did throughout the course, CHS Trainer Woody & Links to Learning staff, tested the young crew out on their bare foot bowling skills. A well deserved afternoon of yummo BBQ foods & bowling action!
