Little did I know the magic I would find after slipping into a small courtyard just off the street and through a fine set of carved double doors. This magnificent Mediterranean home, exquisitely created by Grant Kirkpatrick and his exceptional architectural team, KAA Design, is a masterpiece of craft and design. How thrilled I was at being asked to assist this client with the acquisition of fine art. The warmth felt in this home is not only a result of the great design, but also a lovely reflection of the homeowners. 

 

Over the next four months, we presented a range of works that included mid 19th century landscapes and equestrian art to early California plein air paintings, contemporary established and mid-career painters and photographers. The collection is a perfect blend of all of the above and each work shines within the space.
