Mark your calendar for 2 pm on Tuesday, September 23, as we'll host a special event with Dr. Susan Szachowicz, senior fellow with the International Center for Leadership in Education, and a reception to introduce our new professional learning  academy specifically for principals. Thanks to the generosity of our marquee sponsors, we are able to offer this event at no cost.

At the September 23 event you'll get information about Principles for Principals, our year-long professional learning program. Developed in cooperation with the International Center for Leadership in Education, the program will help good principals become great, and great principals become better. See specific topics and dates for sessions below. Registration for Principles for Principals will open soon.

Dr. Szachowicz, our featured speaker, is dedicated to ensuring all students achieve college and career readiness and firmly believes the ideology: "high expectations, high standards-no excuses." She has served students at Brockton High School, a large comprehensive urban high school for her entire career.  Under her leadership, the school went from 56 percent of students passing the state's standardized test in ELA to 94 percent, and from 24 percent passing in math to above 85 percent.
