Greetings!

We always have an infinite number of choices that we could make, and each of those choices will bring about consequences. Each of those consequences will in turn present us with another range of choices. Life is choices, and we determine the experience of our life by the consciousness we bring to each of those choices.

Ultimately, I believe all of those choices and consequences lead us to the same space: the awareness of the Wholeness which is our Truth. Ultimately, all of our choices and all of our actions lead to the same destination: Life lived in full awareness of the Christ, expressing uniquely in/through/as each of us. We get to choose whether we participate willingly or kicking and screaming. But we don't get any bonus points for choosing the more difficult path.

So... that said, what do we do about today?

Wherever you are at this point is the point from which you move forward. You cannot move forward from anyplace other than where you are. This may sound basic, but how many times do we say that we'll change when other (usually outer) things change. I'll take up dancing when I lose weight. I'll start a savings account when I get a raise. I'll take that painting class when my kids are grown. I'll stop smoking on my vacation, when I don't have to deal with so much stress. I'll ____________ when _____________. You fill in the blank. I'll live my Truth as a fully-actualized Spiritual Being expressing the Christ when _______________________.

In each moment, we transform our lives with each and every choice that we make. Each and every choice we make in each and every moment of our lives transforms our experience of the journey. Each and every choice is our declaration of willingness or un-willingness to be fully What We Are.

It can be a frightening and overwhelming thing to really declare an intention to move willingly into the direction of Spiritual Expression. If we think we have to do everything just right, and instantly begin living some sort of perfectly holy and spiritual life, we're likely to stop and give up. However, if we look each day for one little thing that we can do, and do that thing, we will find that bit-by-bit, step-by-step, we are indeed living whole new and transformed lives. And it is GOOD!

A useful and productive step is to look at your life each day, find something that no longer represents your Good, and let it go. Perhaps you have a junk drawer filled with "stuff" you might need someday. I've had one in every home I've ever lived in. And- I'm happy to say that I no longer have a junk drawer. I also no longer have a spare bedroom filled with piles of black garbage bags full of "stuff". At some point in my journey, as I was learning to accept a new understanding of abundance in my life, I realized that keeping things because they "might come in handy someday" actually was an affirmation of lack.

What about clothes that no longer fit or that you simply don't like? Do you have a collection of knick-knacks you've accumulated over time because at one time you enjoyed them, but now, they just seem to gather dust? Shoes that may come back in style someday? Cassette tapes and no way to play them?

Today, begin giving yourself the gift of clarity, one possession at a time. Begin editing your life. Look at your current life situation as the first draft of the best possible life you could be living. You've made all sorts of choices, and allowed all sorts of "stuff" into that first draft. Now is your opportunity to edit. Your opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you. Stop worrying about how you'll get what you want "someday". Simply begin letting go of what you don't really want or need, now. You cannot take hold of your "best possible" life while you are still grasping and clinging to your "worst case scenario, just-in-case" life.

Life is choices. What's yours?

As always, I'd love to hear from you! You may simply hit the "Reply" button and your email will come directly to me.

Namaskar (The Divine in me salutes the Divine in you)

Sunday service at 10:30, Concert at 1:00pm (tickets $15.00ea or 2/$25.00)

We'll be enjoying another musical Sunday on Nov. 18th, this time with Daniel Nahmod. His music has had a major impact on many of us as we travel the spiritual path, and is in permanent, frequent rotation on the playlists of our lives. If you are familiar with Daniel's music, you already know how powerful his musical message is. If not, visit his website, sample some tunes, read his lyric sheets, and discover a new resource for your journey. His intention is nothing less than the creation of a new songbook for humanity: songs that can be sung by ALL, regardless of religious affiliation, music that allows us to come together and know the One Presence, One Power, the Oneness that is our Truth. Download and share the flyer here.

When he visited us last year, tickets nearly sold out. If you have family members or friends who might be receptive to the messages of Unity and New Thought, this will be a wonderful event for them to attend. Tickets also make a great early Christmas gift, for yourself or others! If you are looking for ways to nourish yourself along the journey, an afternoon of Daniel's powerful music will refresh you and provide an excellent start to the holiday season.  You may purchase tickets  with cash or checks on Sunday or at the door. Open Space Leadership Event Update

Sunday, Nov. 4th

On the weekend of Oct. 12th, several of us experienced the Divine Flow of Creativity as it centered around the theme of "What does governance, leadership, and ownership look like as we go forward in Spiritual Community?" Divine Ideas flowed freely, exhibiting their infinitely abundant nature, and the written record of the proceedings will be available for you on Sunday, November 4th. As you read the document, you'll discover which opportunities are calling you to help bring into expression. On November 25th (Potluck Sunday), there will be a gathering called Convergence, which will allow the various groups of interested folks to identify themselves and begin putting feet on these ideas. Stay tuned!

 Moses Code

THE MOSES CODE

Friday, Nov. 16, 6:00 pm

This month's movie is James Twyman's "The Moses Code". The film focuses on the power of Soul Manifestation, drawing upon our own innate spiritual ability to produce miracles everywhere we go. Many other films and books have focused on using the Law of Attraction to get the things we believe we need for example, houses, cars, or other goods. The Moses Code takes the next much more important step showing how to use this law to give from the soul, automatically attracting spiritual blessings to us! Doors open at 5:40 p.m. for fellowship and popcorn. The movie is free.  Snack and beverages available for small fee. (Please, no pets. Trained service animals are always welcome)
