- Drop-ins are welcome at any of our adult classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays: Handstands, Strength and Flexibility or Tumbling.
- Kids ages 5-12 are welcome to drop in for our FREE Community Class every Wednesday from 5-6pm.
LAVA Company News
LAVA had a great time performing at MASS MoCA and at the Hot. Cheap. Living. Festival in
February. Rehearsals for our new show in June are well underway and the material is
looking good! We'll be giving a sneak preview of it in April.
