Rest in Peace
We regret to inform you that the Rev. Canon George Hemingway died on Sunday, November 8. Canon Hemingway was the canon missioner for urban and special ministries for the Diocese of San Diego from 1995 through 1999. Prior to that, he served as the vicar of La Iglesia de Espiritu Santo in Lake Elsinore, an unorganized mission of the diocese. It is now blended with St. Andrew's by-the-Lake. The funeral/burial service will take place on Saturday, December 12 at 11 a.m. at St. David's, 5050 Milton St., San Diego. A reception will follow. All are welcome.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon him.
May his souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
