What is Project 2020?

We are in the midst of profound change. Project 2020 is a nascent movement in our diocese to help us be directors of change through creativity and innovation. Sharon Griggs and Jerry Jellison, change consultants who have worked with companies such as Accenture, 3M, Lexus, PETCO and Raytheon, will share leadership development tools with participants in this Saturday's Leadership Academy. During the opening session, they will guide a preliminary discussion about Project 2020, which we hope will make the diocese more responsive to the needs of its current, and prospective, members.

Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend and hear from these experts in organizational change.
