It's time to start promoting Episcopal Night at the Padres. We have 11 Sundays to sell tickets; our deadline is June 28. Be sure to take signups on Sundays, and to put event notices in your bulletins and newsletters, on websites and Facebook. And, share your creative marketing ideas by emailing me.

SOCK COLLECTION! We will collect new athletic socks for distribution to people in need. Please ask folks to consider bringing a pair of socks on July 17. If your church would like to be a distribution point for the socks, please let Hannah know.

NATIONAL ANTHEM Let your choirs and congregations know that if they would like to sing the national anthem to contact Bill Eichorn. He is overseeing the rehearsals and recording.
PACKETS MAILED
We mailed Padres information packets about three weeks ago to each congregation. You should have received: poster, sign-up sheet, bulletin insert, flyer, a Spanish flyer, and helpful information that you can cut and paste into your bulletins and newsletters. If you did not receive your packet and would like those items, please visit the coordinator resources page.


 
DON'T FORGET!
Every Monday, please send your ticket sales to Hannah so that we may track progress. We will have a friendly competition among congregations for the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. The congregation that brings the highest percentage of its people (based on the Average Sunday Attendance in the most recent parochial report) will get to select the person who throws the pitch! When you email Hannah, be sure to include the type of ticket desired (Toyota Terrace, Upper Reserved or Skyline Patio).
EARLY BIRD GETS THE BEST SEATS
Please begin selling tickets and encourage your congregation to reserve tickets early this year as we only have a limited number of tickets and this game is already selling fast! The tickets will go to those who report their ticket sales first, and you should report to Hannah Wilder every Monday via email. The deadline to report your ticket total is June 28.
