All canonically resident clergy are required, by the canons of the church (I.2), to attend the annual diocesan convention. If you are not able to attend, please let Bishop Mathes know.

During lunch on Friday (which is included in the registration fee), affinity groups will meet around the subjects of preschools, schools and thrift stores. Please invite your preschool/school directors and thrift store managers to attend and get to know their counterparts around the diocese. 

Although the service will include an ordination, most clergy members will not vest. In light of the fact that we are ordaining three new vocational deacons, we invite all diocesan vocational deacons to vest and to please contact the Rev. Canon Allisyn Thomas.

All singers are welcome to participate in the diocesan-wide choir during the Saturday morning Eucharist. Contact Canon Martin Green to RSVP for rehearsal information.
