Building a Planned Giving Ministry and Legacy Society in Your Congregation

Join parish leaders from other congregations in an interactive session on best practices and new ideas for implementing on-going planned giving work at your congregation. Review resources, including the Episcopal Church Foundation's new toolkit, Planned Giving on Demand, to empower your leadership and learn from what other parishes have accomplished in supporting and thanking your donors for their commitment and support of your church. You will learn about:

the importance of a parish vision,
protecting and growing your endowment,
how to invite others to remember your parish through estate, and financial planning to enhance your ministries and overall mission.

You will leave the workshop with a plan of action to move forward confidently with planned giving in your congregation!

12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.: Individual 30-minute meetings with three parishes; parishes must register in advance.
