Jimmy Bartz is the founder and convener of Thad's, a spiritual community that meets on Sunday mornings in The Writer's Bootcamp in Santa Monica. An ordained Episcopal priest, Jimmy has spent most of his professional life leading communities in the work of making a love-spreading difference in the world that surrounds them. His recent work includes studying the relationship between the outdoors and positive, psycho-spiritual health. When not in the office, he can be found in the ocean or in the mountains, usually with his wife, Cindy, or his two children, Jas and Jade.

The Rev. Al Rodriguez, rector of St. John's, Austin, is passionate about providing training modules, how-to resources and experimental worship models to increase cross-cultural competence of seminarians and clergy called to this emerging ministry. Father Rodriguez's 25 years of working in traditional Hispanic ministry and his experience as a Mexican-American rector guiding a dual-language parish have given him the background for initiating this vital, but missing plank in Latino ministry.

Terri Mathes is the senior program director at the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF). She specializes in communications strategies, innovative program development and volunteer management. Clients end their campaigns with necessary funds, improved communications structure, stronger leadership and a volunteer base trained to use philanthropic best practices to build their programs.

Jim Murphy is the managing program director of financial resources at ECF. He oversees all of ECF's financial development programs and resources, including annual stewardship/giving, development solutions, capital campaigns, planned giving and endowment management. He helps congregations, dioceses and organizations enhance and develop their programs and resources.

Jack Rutledge is the vice president of client services at Church Pension Group. He works with churches to build and maintain their own self-insured programs for property and liability exposures. A broadly experience insurance broker with a well-defined sales and marketing background, Jack specializes in general liability, excess liability, commercial auto, inland marine, property, pollution, worker's compensation and open-lot coverage.

Toni Marie Sutliff has  recently been  promoted  to the Integrated Benefits and Account Management Sales (IBAMS) director  of  the  Western  region.  Toni Marie was the minister of finance at the Diocese of Utah prior to joining Church Pension Group five years ago. She is a lawyer in Utah and has served as vice chancellor for the Diocese of Utah and the Episcopal Church in Navajoland. As a lawyer, Toni Marie has worked closely with the CPG legal department to educate clients on the provisions of the Affordable Care Act that affect the Medical Trust and its members.
