To the Clergy, Lay Delegates and Alternates to the 40th Annual Diocesan Convention:

Our 40th Annual Diocesan Convention will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Mission Valley, 7450 Hazard Center Dr., San Diego. Please find below the materials for the upcoming convention which is set for Friday and Saturday, February 21-22. This booklet contains everything you need to be informed of all the activities for the weekend. Highlights include:
  • Dedication and blessing of the Episcopal Church Center in Ocean Beach by our presiding bishop, the Most Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori - Friday morning, 10:00 a.m.
  • Build the Serving Church capital campaign kick-off dinner with the presiding bishop offering the keynote address at the DoubleTree Hotel - Friday evening, 6:30 p.m.
  • Celebration Eucharist at St. Paul's Cathedral with the presiding bishop preaching and presiding - Saturday morning, 9:00 a.m.
