You are strongly encouraged to participate in Thursday's webinar about the 2014 health insurance plans and the lay pension plan. The following critical issues will be addressed:

* The impact of the Affordable Care Act on our Health Insurance Plans and administration
* Lay Pension Plan impact on churches especially those with schools
* The new Medicare guidelines for offering insurance to active employees over 65.

While I encourage all employees within the diocese to participate, it is especially critical for parish administrators, school management and/or priests-in-charge of congregations that have no administrator to attend. Please forward this email to all your employees.
