Calling all Servant Leaders!

The 40th Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego is soon upon us! It is time for those of us who feel called to leadership responsibilities to further the mission and ministry of this Diocese to come forward. Nominations are now open for a wide variety of positions that will be filled by election at our Diocesan Convention.

All nominations must be received by the Office of the Bishop no later than Monday, December 2 in order to have adequate time to circulate information about nominees to delegates in advance of the convention.

The diocese seeks individuals who have a heart for mission and ministry, and who truly love the Church. For diocesan executive council, the ideal candidates will be whole leaders, people who have both a familiarity with the many aspects of the Church, as well as knowledge or experience in corporate, fiscal and fiduciary matters, as the council is also the board of directors of the corporation that is the diocese.
