    Orchestra Kentucky presents an evening of masterpieces at Hungarian Goulash, playing Monday night at SKyPAC at 7:30pm. Some performances include Liszt's Rákóczy March and Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2, and Bartók's tour de force, the Concerto for Orchestra.

    Also on the program is the world premiere of a composition for piano and orchestra by Orchestra Kentucky's 2014 Lifetime Achievement in the Arts & Humanities honoree Peter Tork of the '60s pop group, The Monkees. The orchestra will also premiere Nashville Grammy-winning composer Dick Tunney's Monkees Concerto, which incorporates some of The Monkees' greatest hits in a work for piano and orchestra.     Lost River Cave and the Bowling Green Athletic Club invite you to participate in the first Snow Flurry Scurry 5K. A benefit for the Lost River Cave Nature Center, the inaugural race begins on Saturday at 9am. Sign in beginning at 8:15am at the River Birch Room. The course begins and ends at Lost River Cave, with the course running through the Greenways trails.

    Registration is now $25/runner. All runners will receive a custom finishers award. Prizes will be given to the Top 5 male and female. For more information, please call 270-393-0077 or visit the website below.
