The Medical Center presents the annual Health & Wellness Expo this Saturday at the Sloan Convention Center from 8am to 12pm. Keep up with your new year resolutions and find more ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The expo is free and open to the public. Learn from seminars and demonstrations about physical health and well-being. Walk through vendor booths and bring the whole family to watch live performances showcasing different elements of physical fitness.
