Welcome to our "What's Happening" email, designed to provide you with a glance at opportunities for an unbridled good time in the Bowling Green area.

The inaugural Spring Rev-Up for the Bowling Green Hot Rods baseball season will take place at Bowling Green Ballpark from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, March 8. Upon entry, fans can register to win a 32-inch television, courtesy of McGown Television Sales & Service. Fans can "select their seat" for the 2014 season by purchasing a season-ticket package or mini-plan. The Body Shop will be holding a special Spring Rev-Up sidewalk-clearance sale.

Fans will get a chance to learn about their chance to join the four new Hot Rods fan clubs this season: the Baseball Belles, the Classic Cruisers, the Junior Mechanics and the Mug Club. Artist Lynne Ferguson will be leading the Spring Workshop at the Kentucky Museum this weekend on Basket Making. On Saturday, from 9am to 4pm, learn hands-on how to weave a Kentucky Berry Basket pattern and incorporate your choice of pastel rows of color to create a colorful and useful Easter Basket.

Space in the workshop is limited. After registration you will receive an confirmation and details about what tools to bring with you to the workshop. Cost is $50 for members and $55 for non-members. For more information or to register please call 270-745-2594 or check out the website below.
