Geared for Cheer!
The holiday season has already begun in Bowling Green! Lots of cheer can be found this week at several locations with holiday fun and there's certainly more to come. Kick off your holiday festivities on Thursday with the Classic Christmas Open House at Riverview at Hobson Grove and take in a special performance of the classic holiday story, The Great Russian Nutcracker showcased by the Moscow Ballet at SKyPAC.
Have you started your holiday shopping yet? Slow down and take a break when you stop by Van Meter Hall on WKU's campus for the WinterDance celebration happening Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The MotoSport.com AXTour is coming to Bowling Green this weekend at the L.D. Brown Ag Expo Center! This tour showcases some of the best arenacross performances in the nation! The best professional arenacross racers will battle in the MotoSport.com "Clash for Cash." The tour also features an amateur championship with young and fast riders in competition.
This tour promises to be an exciting and daring event! The doors open Saturday, November 23, at 6pm with the competition starting at 7pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door starting at $15/adults, $10/kids ages 4-11 and entry is free for children ages 3 and under.
