Witness a Nation Divided in Photographs

Here's a perfect event for all those history buffs and Civil War enthusiasts in Bowling Green. The "Witness: Photographs of a Nation Divided" exhibit opens at Western Kentucky University's Mass Media and Technology Hall atrium and gallery on Thursday. It features 3D images in a multimedia environment along with reproduction photographs from the Civil War era.

This collection of Civil War photography and historic information includes a re-creation of Matthew Brady's famous 1862 photographic exhibition documenting the Civil War's Battle of Antietam. The gallery display is on weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and lasts from January 24 to March 29 (excluding the week of March 11 because of Spring Break hours). This gallery is one you absolutely can't miss. For more details, visit the link below.
