Still keeping up with all those New Year's resolutions? The Warren County Public Library is helping out with its Better U Workshop Series this Winter! Beginning in January and running through March, A Better U offers free programs and workshops aimed at improving our lives. It's all about self-improvement and developing healthier, happier lifestyles. It's all about A Better YOU!

The series kicks off this week with two workshops. The first is on Wednesday at the Warren County Public Library Main Branch. It's a session on "Smart Spending with Nashville's Ms. Cheap" at 12pm, so bring a brown bag lunch while you get in the know about money matters. The second session, Thursday at the Kirby Branch at 5pm, will be a special seminar on healthy foods. For a complete listing of the Better U Series workshops, visit the Warren County Public Library website below or call 270-781-4882.
