Santa Sightings this week in Bowling Green!
Tell the kids that St. Nicholas is making a few extra appearances in Bowling Green this week! Bring the whole family to Chaney's Dairy Barn this Saturday for Breakfast with Santa--sit down to a hearty breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and fruit with the jolly old elf himself! Breakfast times are 8-9:30 a.m. and 10-11:30 a.m. Plus, Farmer Carl will be leading a storytime of the classic 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Advance tickets are required--$10.95 for adults, $6.95 for children ages 3-10, and children 2 and under are free. Additional breakfasts will be held December 15 and 22. Where else can you find Santa in Bowling Green this week? Drop by the National Corvette Museum for Sleigh Rides with Santa on Sunday! Ride around the museum grounds with St. Nick and enjoy some holiday treats and craft activities along the way. A limited number of tickets remain, so hurry and purchase your advance tickets now! There is a great lineup of holiday performances over the next week in Bowling Green guaranteed to get you in the holiday spirit! Catch the classic Little Women performed by the SKyPAC Youth Theatre at the Capitol Arts Center Thursday through Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. or on Sunday afternoon at 3:00. Call 270-904-1880 for more! From Thursday to Sunday, you can catch The Best Christmas Pageant Ever from Public Theatre of Kentucky at the Phoenix Theatre. Visit www.ptkbg.org for showtime details.
Friday night is The Symphony at WKU's 7:30 pm performance of Holiday Pops at Van Meter Hall. Reserve your seats by calling 270-745-7681. Don't miss the Nutcracker for Kids on Saturday at 2:00 p.m., also presented by The Symphony at WKU at Van Meter Hall. Call 270-745-7681 for details.
