Important Reminder: Lockbox Conversion Starts Next Week

Important Reminder: Last week, a letter was sent to those agents who will need to participate in the lockbox conversion during the first two weeks of December. The letter shares the member's appointment time and location.

Please plan on approximately 60 minutes for the return and pickup of equipment. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
