Send a Message to Senators that Tax Reform Should Do No Harm

A plan for tax reform legislation is underway that starts with a  "blank slate" meaning that as a starting point, all tax expenditures (including tax deductions such as the mortgage interest deduction, tax exemptions such as the capital gains exemption on the sale of a primary residence, and tax credits such as energy efficiency tax credits) will be removed from the tax code.

By July 26, Senators must submit their tax reform priorities to Senate leaders. Because of this, it is important REALTORS® make their voices heard now to ensure real estate provisions that encourage real estate ownership and investment are on the top of the Senators' lists.

Join the REALTOR® Party's Call to Action and send a message today to Senators that Tax Reform Should Do No Harm here.
