2013 KCRAR Forms Released on Dec. 17
Access new, 2013 KCRAR forms starting Dec. 17 at www.kcrar.com. One major change that impacts most forms in the KCRAR Forms Library: Pages have been updated so that there are blanks for Seller and/or Buyer initials at the bottom of any page that does not already provide a signature line.
In addition, one form that had significant revision is the New Homes Sale Contract.. The contract form now contains a builder repurchase provision, greater clarity on expenses related to subsurface and site-preparation, and new language on upgrades and change orders and their potential effect on the appraisal, among other revisions to the contract. Deadline for Dues Dec. 17
Don't forget to add "pay dues" to your immediate to-do list. Local, state and national dues need to paid by all KCRAR REALTORŪ members by Dec. 17, 2012.

Dec. 31 Ethics Training Deadline Approaching
You must complete your Code of Ethics training by Dec. 31 in order to avoid having your REALTORŪ membership suspended.
You have several options for fulfilling the training requirement. You can take the class for free at www.Realtor.org, which doesn't give you continuing education (CE) credit, or you can opt to take the course, "Behave Yourself! The Code of Ethics" at KCRAR on Dec. 12 for CE credit.
Additionally, KCRAR will be offering the option of watching a DVD to satisfy the Code of Ethics requirement (no CE credit). Morning sessions (9 to 11:30 a.m.) and afternoon sessions (1 to 3:30 p.m.) will be offered on Dec. 14 in the KCRAR classroom.
