Remember to Cast your Vote for KCRAR's Board of Directors
The 2012 Board of Directors election began on November 1. Ballots have been sent to members who have candidates running for election in their area. Voting will conclude at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, and election results will be announced the following day.

Have you completed the Code of Ethics training? Deadline is December 31, 2012.
Don't forget the December 31 deadline to complete your Code of Ethics training requirement. Click here to learn about options for completing this training.
During the month of December, you can Watch a DVD in the KCRAR classroom to satisfy your Code of Ethics requirement. You must be in attendance for the entire showing. Choose from either morning or afternoon sessions on Dec. 6, 7, 13 and 14.
Times for each session:
9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
You must complete this by Dec. 31, 2012 to continue being a REALTORŪ. This was a 4-year cycle ending this year.

Expanding Housing Opportunities
In a recent survey, 74 percent of NAR members indicated a need for training on affordable housing. To meet this need, NAR developed Expanding Housing Opportunities (EHO). EHO is a six-hour course designed to educate real estate professional on the range of affordable housing opportunities and client seeking them.
And it's coming to KCRAR in November and January.
