Lockbox Conversion Postponed
The lockbox conversion, originally scheduled for December 2012, is being postponed for one year until December 2013. Based on recommendations from Supra, the KCRAR Board of Directors voted unanimously to postpone the iBox conversion in order to ensure an adequate supply of new iBoxes for our members. Read more >>

Watch a DVD in the KCRAR classroom to satisfy your Code of Ethics requirement. You must be in attendance for the entire showing. Choose from either morning or afternoon sessions on Nov. 9 and Dec. 6, 7, 13 and 14.
Times for each session:
9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Prepare to cast your vote
The 2012 Board of Directors election will be held beginning at noon on Thursday, Nov. 1. Emails will be sent, including each member's online ballot, to all voting members who have email addresses on file with KCRAR. Notification of the election will be sent via U.S. mail to members who do not have an email address on file. Voting will conclude at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, and election results will be announced the following day. Read more >>

Expanding Housing Opportunities
In a recent survey, 74 percent of NAR members indicated a need for training on affordable housing. To meet this need, NAR developed Expanding Housing Opportunities (EHO). EHO is six-hour course designed to educate real estate professional on the range of affordable housing opportunities and client seeking them.
And it's coming to KCRAR in November and January.
