If you want to beat tomorrow's heat, get some exercise, meet and greet with old friends and new, then drop by Forest Hill Park at 9:00 a.m.  for the 2010 Forest Hill ThunderRun 5K Run/Walk. Enter off Lee Blvd., just north of Monticello, right across from Forest Hill Church.
 
All proceeds benefit Reaching Heights and our work on behalf of excellent public education in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights public schools. Trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female winners, male and female masters winners, and male and female age group winners. All proceeds from the race will support Reaching Heights's work on behalf of excellent public education in Cleveland Heights and University Heights. Register online for $17 at thunderrun.org.
