Message From the Director
Greetings!
We have been fortunate to have three interns this summer! Mike Busby, a senior at UMBC, is helping us with our Facebook and social media presence. Courtney Stoner, a Sophomore at George Washington University, is creating a beautiful new tri-fold brochure for us and Forrest Turetsky, a senior at the University of MD at College Park, is helping us with our new database. Their fresh, creative ideas are moving us forward, and on behalf of the AACLC we thank each of them. 410-798-0408

June, 2013 New Tutor Training Class
Twenty new tutors were trained on June 22nd. Special thanks goes to tutor trainers Phil Tawes, Dixie Catlett, Jae Sherwood, and Annette Graves for their excellent instruction and to Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church for graciously hosted our training. Thanks also to our dedicated Assessors who worked overtime to get our new students assessed so that they could be matched with tutors.
