We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to providing factual information about wolves through education and advocacy.
The National Wolfwatcher Coalition has no membership dues and we do not send out mailers asking for money. We don't send "free" labels or any other items you didn't request then beg for money.
We exist because of the hundreds of hours donated by our volunteers, your generous donations and through the profits raised through the sale of merchandise.
The HOWLIDAYS will soon be upon us and so, in this newsletter, we are offering you a variety of gift ideas. You may even want to purchase something for yourself or place an item on your list for someone to get for you!
Some specials will only be available during the howliday season; others will be available all year long so you can celebrate any special occasion.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you for your continuing support and wish you and your loved ones
HAPPY HOWLIDAYS!

These days nearly everyone does some shopping online. But, did you know that when you shop on Amazon, the National Wolfwatcher Coalition can earn a small donation from Amazon?
To shop simply go to smile.amazon.com from the web browser on your computer or mobile device.
You use the same account on Amazon.com and AmazonSmile. Your shopping cart, Wish List, wedding or baby registry, and other account settings are also the same.
On your first visit to AmazonSmile, you need to select National Wolfwatcher Coalition to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. Then every eligible purchase you make on AmazonSmile will result in a donation to us!
So this Howliday season instead of running to the store, shop online at smile.amazon.com, designate the National Wolfwatcher Coalition as your charity and help us educate and advocate for wolves!

Predator Friendly Products
|
While wolves typically hunt for wild animals such as deer and elk, they do occasionally prey on livestock. Disease, weather, injuries and beef/dairy prices all impact a producer's already small margin of profit. And so, a loss to wolves can be significant.
Many depredations can be avoided by removing attractants such as dead or sick livestock. But, sometimes, despite their best efforts, depredations may still occur.
The National Wolfwatcher Coalition has been a strong proponent of non-lethal measures to prevent livestock depredations.
To show our support for the producers across the country who have utilized the many practical ways to co-exist with wolves, we are proud to share with you predator friendly items available for sale.

Our mission:
We 'educate, advocate, and participate' for the long term recovery and preservation of wolves based on the best available science and the principles of democracy. We:
- Educate the public about the important role that wolves play in maintaining healthy ecosystems
- Inform the public about challenges to wolf recovery
- Support measures that promote peaceful coexistence with wolves on the landscape
- Educate the public about the issues in all regions and ways it can effectively participate in the democratic process to promote science-based decision-making about wolves.
All donations, no matter the amount, will be appreciated because they will enable us to:
- Provide educational programs, materials and events
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and consultation with other professionals in the fields of wolf biology, research, conservation, eco-tourism and environmental law.
- Secure a Wolfwatcher Legal Fund to sustain potential engagement in litigation that challenges local, state and/or federal policies that affect wolf preservation.
