Online Foreclosure Auction Sales |

In April 2014, the Leon County Clerk and Comptroller's Office will begin using an online auction service for our foreclosure sales and will no longer conduct physical sales of property in the courthouse. Since January, we have been placing notices about our move to online sales with paperwork sent out to attorneys - final judgments, certificates of sale, certificates of disbursement, and certificates of sale; new language is also contained in final judgments and notices of sale. E-Filing Portal Release 2014.01 Coming March 28 |
The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority Board will release version 2014.01 to the portal on March 28, 2014 beginning at 9 p.m. The update will finish in the early morning hours of March 29.
The release notes for the new version are posted on the portal's official website. The table of contents highlights screens with format changes and new functionality that will be implemented for filers. This document will be updated weekly as needed.

Learn about the E-Filing Portal updates being implemented March 28 and earn new CLE Credits by attending one of the WebEx sessions being offered to filers.
Trial Court Filing WebEx
This session is appropriate for filers who file to the trial courts and will file to the appellate courts, but have not filed to the appellate courts prior to 3/28, 2014. Click on the link for the preferred session and complete the registration.
Appellate Court Filing WebEx
