The Florida Supreme Court issued administrative order #AOSC13-49 on October 9 to authorize use of the Portal as a means of complying with Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.516 service requirements.  This order resolves questions recently raised about the e-service functionality of the statewide portal.
