First and foremost: THANK YOU! NJF raised $807.00 for charity thanks to your contributions on April 20th for our event! This will provide 400 hot meals to those in need!
We had a great events and celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary in a fantastic fashion! :)

Upcoming Holiday Closures & Class Cancellations
We apologize in advance for class cancellations or re-schedules. We are working on getting substitutes for teaching classes, but unfortunately as a small studio we aren't quite there yet.
These cancellations are for furthering education for our instructors though, to provide you with exemplary classes!

Nutritious Nibbles
Need a quick way to add some pizazz to a dish without packing in the fat and calories? Just want something different?
Texture:
Add chopped up water chestnuts to any dish, hot or cold to get a low-cal crunch!
Add a teaspoon of slivered or sliced almonds to your oatmeal with berries!
Convert that meal:
Add some warm up your left over fajita fillings and add that & a vinaigrette to any salad to give it that "It's a Meal" feel
Use leftover fruit salad from dinner the night before to make a quick smoothie in the morning! Just add ice or a banana for a bit of thickness.
Tired of the same ole' "Carrots and Celery sticks" snack? Try Popcorn! Air popped in a paper bag (NO OIL) sprinkled with some nutritional yeast or curry powder will make a whole new snack! Light on calories and fat!

April 20th, NJF held a Charity event to raise money for St. Vincent de Paul, Marin County!

April 21, NJF participated in the Coleman Elementary Run for the Gold Health Fair.
We provided equipment demos, chair massage and $150.00 in raffle prizes!
We got to spend the morning with parents and children alike, all excited about fitness and running for a good cause!
