The Maggid:  The Weekly Newsletter of MJCDS

February 27, 2015
 8 Adar, 5775
LOGO no initials with tagline

Today is Science Friday, and students are focusing on magnetism and the scientific process. Next week, we will celebrate Purim by dressing up and getting silly! We are looking forward to Colonial Day later in March and to our model Seder and potluck lunch in April.

We may be in the heart of winter, but there is so much going on inside our classrooms, so much to look forward to in the coming weeks, that we can sometimes forget about the icy windchill outside. No winter ruts at MJCDS!

Next Thursday morning, families are invited to join us for Purim fun. Children (and any adults who wish to) should come to school in costume.  After tefillot, we'll read some megillah and hear the students' Purim rap!

Mishenichnas Adar Marbim B'Simcha
