We decided to take you to the Zona Dorada (Golden Zone) this week! Not only is this a really good place to live, but also a very popular area for vacation and long term rentals. So, if you are not here full-time and want to make some rental income, this is a neighborhood to consider! And the Dollar-Peso rate is still very much in your favor if you have Dollars!
We welcomed the first of many cruise ships of 2015! It is great to see everyone out and enjoying Mazatlan. As far as local excursions, Mazatlecos had the chance to see some snow only a couple hours away this past week! In aquarium news; the shark tank is expected to be finished before Easter and sadly, the Venados ended their season and it now looks like there will be no new stadium built.
