This week we are taking you out to Cerritos to show you Marina Gardens and Marina Gardens Villas. These are both really nice developments and are only steps away from miles of beach! 


The season for international tourists and winter residents is upon us. We had more cruise ships in town this week and they are enjoying Mazatlan- always great to hear! This past weekend was also a Mexican holiday and we had plenty of national tourists around the city as well.


It's been a good year for business in Mazatlan! And things seem to be advancing with two new developments in the works, the Golden Zone improvements are continuing with more money for infrastructure from the government, and the city is in talks with Nissan Motors to be an embarkation port.
