September 5, 2014

Greetings!!

Wow! We have had an eventful week! Hurricane Norbert was hundreds of miles off shore, but he still left his mark upon Mazatlan! The schools even had a 'hurricane day' yesterday and today!

The President of Mexico is in town, and the mayor and governor plan on having a talk with him about the budget. Speaking of budget money, the Golden Zone improvements will be underway soon.

Some island news; the Port Captain shut down the Stone Island pangas over the weekend. The service have resumed, but they still need to renew their permits

And lastly, shrimp season is begining! Yippee!

We will see you next week!
