Have you read Mexi-Go! magazine? It's a beautiful and informative periodical for Canadians (or anyone else for that matter!) who are thinking of working in, traveling or retiring to Mexico.

Hello everyone!
We had an early hurricane churning out there this week, and a record breaking one at that! Amanda dissapated as quickly as she grew, though, and never posed a threat to land but managed to deliver high temperatures and humidity.
Other news around the city includes electric subsidy changes, the city cracking down on market stall permits, work on the gas pipeline has started, and the shark tank at the aquarium is finally opening! Fun, fun!
We had an extra week this month, so we decided to make this newsletter about us and what we are doing! We are always out there promoting Mexico, Mazatlan, and real estate, of course. Click on the links and watch, listen, and read. And if you can help us spread the word, even better! Share, share, share!!
Have a superb week!

  • Eric Herman, the international superstar of our office, did a podcast with International Real Estate Listings and you will learn why someone born and raised in Northern California moved to Mazatlan and believes it combines the perfect work/lifestyle combination that you should consider. He also discusses the new Durango highway and the impact it already has had on the area and much, much more! Great info for anyone thinking of living or investing in Mazatlan!

Our fearless leader, Shaun Klynstra, participated in a radio show on Radio Cultura recently. Along with representatives from AMPI Mazatlan and Mexi-Go! magazine from Canada, he discusses Mazatlan, the real estate market, and recent changes that are making Mazatlan THE coastal city in Mexico to invest in right now! This very informative show is done in both Spanish and English.
