This week, we are featuring Crowne Plaza. Located on a beautiful stretch of beach, you could imagine being in the middle of nowhere! Yet, you have luxury hotel amenities at your fingertips and are only mere minutes from the convention center, new Galerias Mall and the marina as well as the rest of Mazatlan!
If you will notice, our feature property from MazForSaleAndRent is not located in Crowne Plaza. Why, you ask? We had a price reduction on a condo in Sabalo and it is such a screaming deal, we could not wait to share it with you!
What's up in Mazatlan? We are staring down Semana Santa with hotels 100% booked already. For Semana Moto- they are at 80% booking now. The new highway is making us a popular place indeed! Good news is...the survey says------everyone had fun at Carnaval! Woohoo!

There's a new bass fishing lake opening in Mexico. It's the latest in a long string of fishing spots that have lured American anglers south of the border since largemouth bass ascended to the pinnacle of fishing popularity.
The lake is Picachos, a name that has a nice ring to it. According to an online translation dictionary, Picachos means "peaks," and the lake does have a view of the mountains north of Mazatlan.
