Seller Tip
''Most sellers concentrate on getting the inside of their homes ready for visiting buyers. While this is, of course important many miss the most important moment in the presentation of their home: The so-called "windshield effect." By the time buyers enter a home they already formed opinions. They already have emotional imprints and reactions. The property, including your seller's "stuff" spread around the outside of the home, gives them clues about the sellers and, most importantly, their motivation for sale..'' |
Buyer Tip
Buying Real Estate in Mexico and the Mexican Notary Public''There are great differences between the United States notary public and Mexican notary public. In the United States the notary public may be the local butcher, the new accounts clerk at the bank, the secretary at the office, or practice any other occupation. In Mexico, the notary public (notario pblico) is a public official appointed by the State Governor. He has the capacity to attest and certify documents and business and legal transactions that require authenticity.''

Rental Tip
''Creating an inventory and reference binder will greatly help you and your guests. Make sure to write down a thorough list of your home's entire inventory as well as provide instructions for your guests. These can include information on garbage pickup, how to work the stereo, maps of the area and emergency phone numbers. ''
