Signs of Carnaval are already being seen around the city! It won't be long now! The theme this year is "Litoralia: La Piel del Mar'' (Litoral: The Skin of The Sea). This is shaping up to be a spectacular event as always!

Mayor Felton has still been very busy and the port is looking forward to a great year. In other local nautical news, the shrimp fleet is still out and the tuna fleet is getting ready to start their season! Speaking of local food, have you heard about the Farm to Table Mazatlan? It is the first year for what is certain to be a terrific event.

One additional note this week; if you are a US citizen and travel to Mexico frequently, there is a new program to help make your entry into this country quicker and easier! See if you qualify!

We'll see you next week!

Travel Tip of the Month

''Mexico's largest airports offer Wi-Fi access provided for a fee by Telcel's Prodigy Internet service. Most five-star hotels now offer Wi-Fi in the guest rooms for free or for a fee. Hotel lobbies often have Wi-Fi as well. To find public Wi-Fi hotspots in Mexico, go to www.jiwire.com; its Hotspot Finder holds the world's largest directory of public wireless hotspots..''
