Help Us Keep Kyle Moving
We need you to talk to your neighbors about voting YES on Kyle Road Bonds
Kyle is booming. Our traffic shows it. Just 10 years ago Kyle had a little more than 5,000 residents. Today we have about 30,000. Our roads simply weren't designed for it. We need safer streets. We deserve to be able to get to work, or school, or across town to buy milk, without slogging through horrendous traffic jams. We need to plan for the future - and to fix the problems of the present. After months of public hearings and comment, we have the chance to do just that. A citizen committee prepared a plan approved by city council that would repair and widen certain key roads and complete an unfinished artery that will help connect our community, north and south, east and west. From here, it's up to us. Registered voters in Kyle will decide the fate of this package in a road bond election May 11, 2013. We hope you'll join with us to help pass this road bond package - and keep Kyle moving. We need your help to get these bonds passed. We need you to commit your time and your energy, and your money. Please contact us at info@keepkylemoving.com or 512-655-9531 or click on volunteer below to let us know how we can reach out to your neighbors and community. We can provide you with everything you need to talk to your neighbors. We've prepared a fact sheet, map, and sign up sheets that you can print and take to your next community meeting. We can also provide you with lists of voters to call or visit in your neighborhood.
