This week's featured member is The Winfield Inn! This beautiful, historic venue is located near "Simply Charming" downtown Kyle. We caught up with Jodi Scott, owner of The Winfield Inn, and asked her "What value do you find in being a member of the Chamber?"

Jodi had this to say, "Being a member of the chamber is like being a part of a big family. We appreciate the networking associated with such an innovated community of small businesses along with the support of each member. It's been wonderful to work side by side over the years with the evolving businesses and the new ones that continue to arrive in our community. We feel strongly about supporting our local businesses and do everything we can to encourage our customers to shop locally along with how we conduct business on a daily basis. If we can get it in Kyle, we start there! We are grateful for this experience and we look forward to the ever changing and growing strength of our chamber.

The Winfield Inn & Winfield Events is a luxury event facility located near the heart of historic Kyle. Our lush gardens and live oaks offer a fabulous place to host any type of event which includes full services. We are also launching off site services so keep Winfield Events in mind for your next anniversary bash, staff luncheon or Christmas party!"

The Next Wave of Process Strategy
When it comes to operational improvement, organizations today are light years ahead of where they were two decades ago, but there's no time to celebrate yesterday's wins. They won't immunize your organization against this decade's march of ongoing progress. That's because information technology - not just the Internet, but also mobile devices, "big data" for intensive data-crunching, and other computer hardware and software - will render even some of today's most proficient business processes obsolete by the end of the decade.
