 Greetings!

Winter is definitely here at the farm. The ice and fog of recent weeks has made the farm look very mysterious and beautiful.  Soon our winter classes will start up.  We have a couple of knitting classes and some history class offerings. It's lovely to be in the cozy farmhouse this time of year.

Kids in the Kitchen will be on hiatus for January and February so that Chef Laura can spend some time with her new baby.

This month, production will start in the greenhouse.  Those plants that need a long time to grow before they can be platend in the ground will need to be started.  We will also be starting lettuces to put in our new cold frames and under the row cover once the weather gets a little warmer.

We are all looking forward to the new year and hope to see you out here at the farm.

Warm Regards,
