A Note From Carlin Smith
PRCC Members, Last year we conducted a survey of our membership, and "Workforce" issues came through as the biggest concern facing area businesses today.  The Petoskey Chamber has been working with various partners to find ways to help provide businesses some local solutions to the problem.  While we are never going to solve this challenge, perhaps we can help develop some local tools to make the situation better.  On Tue. March 29th our Hot Topics conversation is about Workforce.  I hope that you'll stop by the event and participate in the conversation.  Buck Love of Michigan Works will lay out some local data, and from there I will lead a conversation among the audience to share ideas and learn more about the scope of the program.  The cost to attend is just $20, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Comfort Keepers.  The program will be held in the Library Conference Center at North Central Michigan College from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Pre-registration is required and you can do so
HERE:   Please join us to be a part of this important "Hot Topics" conversation.
